INSTRUCTIONS FOR REALIZING A RESOURCE

Contact us at our Customer Service Center, where you will receive the information you need to begin the process of returning through our shipping service, by means of your choice or directly in the shop.

NOTE: Motocross Soul will not charge for shipping costs that will be incurred if the instructions indicated to make a return have not been followed.

REASONS AND MODALITIES FOR RETURNING


1 - If the product does not suit you or the size is wrong

You may be required to change it with another product, or require refund of the amount when: the product has not been used, it is returned in its packaging and is in its original state.

Exchange rates:

The deadline for making a change is 14 working days from the date of delivery of the product.

Below is the detail of the shipping costs you will have to bear when you make a product change.

SHIPPING IN STORE
If the change takes place in the Motocross Soul store in Borgo San Martino it is FREE.

AUTONOMOUS SHIPMENT
After obtaining permission from Motocross Soul, the Customer can dispose of the products by means of their choice. However, you must make sure that the goods are returned to Motocross Soul within 20 working days of delivery of the product, except for special permits.

RETURN REQUEST WITH PREPARED SHIPPING LABEL
Customer may request a prepaid shipping label at Motocross Soul with withdrawal, in this case the amounts are:

  • ITALY, the amount to be paid for the exchange will be 20 euros. *
  • EUROPE 1, the amount to be paid for the exchange will be 30 euros. *
  • EUROPE 2, the amount to be paid for the exchange will be 50 euros. *
  • EUROPE 3, the amount to be paid for the exchange will be 60 euros. *


Countries outside of Europe: ask to Customer Service.

* Amounts indicated include both return shipping to our home office and the new delivery to the delivery address.

Terms for reimbursement of the amount:

If you would like to reimburse the amount, the maximum time to claim redemption is 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product. Refund will be made using the original payment method.


2 - If you get a defective product

When the defective product is returned to Motocross Soul, a new one will be sent. In this case, the change will be made for the same item or reference. Only the first shipping will be billed to the customer, Motocross Soul will bear the costs associated with the recovery of the defective item and the delivery of the new one.

The deadline for requesting change of a defective item is 14 working days from the date of delivery of the product.



IMPORTANT! Motocross Soul will not deliver any shipment until the receipt in our warehouses, the item subject to return or exchange has been verified, as well as the status of the packaging and its accessories.
